Refund & Digital Services Policy




No Refund Policy for Digital Services



All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and digital products, no refunds will be issued once work has begun, files have been delivered, or services have been accessed or used in any capacity.


Digital services include, but are not limited to:


  • Website design or development
  • Branding and logo design
  • Digital graphics or templates
  • Website setup or customization
  • Strategy, consulting, or creative services
  • Any other electronically delivered work



Once a digital service is delivered or made available, it is considered used and non-refundable.





Work Commencement & Delivery



Payment confirms acceptance of this policy and authorizes work to begin. Once work has started, refunds will not be issued, regardless of project completion status, changes in direction, or client dissatisfaction.





Client Delays & Communication



Delays caused by a lack of client communication, missing information, or delayed approvals do not qualify for a refund. Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.





Scope of Services



Only services explicitly listed in the purchased package or contract are included. Any additional services performed outside of the agreed scope are provided at the client’s request or as a courtesy and do not alter refund eligibility.





Chargebacks & Payment Disputes



By purchasing, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any disputes must be addressed directly.





Acceptance of Work



Use of any delivered work — including websites, branding, graphics, or digital assets — constitutes acceptance of services and voids any claim for a refund.





Exceptional Circumstances



Refunds may only be considered if no work has started, no files have been delivered, and no services have been accessed. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of the service provider.





Policy Agreement



By purchasing or engaging in services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
